Returns
Items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit.
If an order was made by mistake, the store can be emailed at hello@belliestobabiesboutique.com, and asked to cancel. If the item has not been processed and packaged yet, you are eligible for a return less our fee from your payment form (this varies from 3-6% give or take depending on what checkout method was used).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale/markdown/clearance items cannot be returned.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear or diaper covers, bathing suits, pacifiers or headbands/bows, and other items as well.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with an order number.
Return Credit (if applicable - read reasons above)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject your return item based on condition and other criteria.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, or we will ship your exchange item. Shipping will be charged on exchanges as the item was shipped once already. To avoid a new shipping charge, customer has to spend $75 in new product.

Preorders and Presales
Preorders and Presales are final sale. If a product is damaged, we will replace it for a new product or store credit. If a customer has several preorders that are unpaid but one paid, and they are all overdue, Bellies to Babies can apply the paid amount to the other preorders. Deposits up to 50% down will not be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact hello@belliestobabiesboutique.com for the most up to date return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like us to send you a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Original ship costs from us to you will also be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
